Landskrona is located on the western coast of Skåne and has very good commuting opportunities from both Malmö, Lund, and Helsingborg. Vårdcentralen Centrum is situated in the hospital area in beautiful and modern premises, where large parts of our operations are gathered under one roof. We also have accredited operations in child health care and cognitive behavioral therapy.

Vårdcentralen Centrum is a developing unit with approximately 13,000 registered patients, making us one of Skåne's largest health centers. We are adding competence to our reception operations together with district nurses, specialist doctors, ST doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, occupational and physiotherapists, and dietitians. For us, it is important to offer our patients good accessibility, respectful treatment, continuity, security, and high medical competence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking forward to welcoming a new specialist physician colleague. Are you interested in combining reception work with actively working for good collaboration for our elderly patients? Do you want to help shape the reception according to identified needs? Do you perhaps have a special interest in medical safety? Please apply to us. The following is included in your daily work:

• regular reception with both acute and planned visits as well as investigative patients. Your work also includes collaboration with external and internal parties such as the municipality's nurses and hospitals with SIP and home visits.
• an active role in mentoring your future specialist colleagues.
• an own patient list where you are the responsible physician and a listing cap which leads to a good workload.
• time set aside each week for both internal and external competence development and individual development for special interest areas within primary care.

Working hours are scheduled during the day, Monday to Friday. We are responsive to your wishes regarding the schedule and personal development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed physician and specialist in general medicine/geriatrics with the authority to operate within Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are a requirement.

You who apply are positive, flexible, and have a good attitude. Furthermore, you are driven and take the initiative for new ideas and working methods within the operations. You value working in a team but also appreciate independent work. Your work is characterized by being responsible, having good prioritization skills, and being able to set boundaries when needed. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
